Therapy that’s Real, Honest, and On Your Terms
At 2B Frank Counselling, I offer a down-to-earth, no-nonsense approach to therapy. I work with young people and adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, especially those who struggle with anxiety, low confidence, or finding their place in the world.
I believe counselling works best when it feels genuine. That means humour when it helps, honesty when it matters, and a space where you can talk (or create) without judgement. Whether you’re a gamer navigating social anxiety, a parent wanting to understand and support your child, or simply someone who needs a space to breathe — you’re welcome here.

About Me
After years of working for big companies, I wanted a career that was more meaningful — one where I could really connect with people and make a difference. As someone who’s dyslexic and a little outside the box myself, I bring a creative and human approach to therapy that’s grounded in real life, not jargon.
How I work
Your counselling, your way. You can choose from online sessions, phone calls, in-person sessions in Newquay or Perranporth. I want you to feel comfortable and supported, wherever we meet.
My Approach
I combine person-centred therapy with trauma-informed practice, always learning and adapting new ways to help.
My goal is to create a safe, open space where we can explore challenges, discover strengths, and support your growth and wellbeing.
Who I work with
I work with anyone over 16, but I especially connect with young people — particularly young men, neurodivergent people, and LGBTQ+ clients. Life can be tough to navigate, and I provide a supportive, non-judgemental space to help you figure things out.

Creative Counselling Sessions
When we can't find the words...
You don’t need to be “good at art” to benefit from creative counselling. It’s not about producing something perfect — it’s about expression. Creativity can help when words feel stuck, when you’re repeating the same patterns, or when emotions feel overwhelming.
In our sessions, we might use painting, drawing, or other creative tools to explore thoughts and feelings that are hard to put into words. This approach is especially powerful for young people who are still finding their voice, or for anyone who feels blocked.
Together, we’ll use creativity to unlock new perspectives, process emotions, and move towards healing and growth — all in a safe, supportive space.
Difficulties I can help you with
Depression | Anxiety | ED | GAD | Stress | LGBTQ+ Issues |
Life transitions early adulthood | Neurodivergence or Gender Identity | General life - stuff that feels heavy
You don’t need a diagnosis or a label to come to counselling. What matters is how you’re feeling and what you want to work through. I see each person as unique, shaped by their own story and experiences — and our sessions are about finding what works for you.
